SEI Garda Apartments is at Via Monte Baldo 17B in Peschiera del Garda (VR), on Lake Garda. It is 250 metres from the Pederzoli Clinic, 700 metres from Peschiera railway station, 450 metres from the beach and 1.6 km from Gardaland.
How far is SEI Garda from Gardaland?
Gardaland is 1.6 km away, about 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Movieland is 4.6 km away and Caneva Aquapark 4.7 km. The apartments sleeping up to 4 suit families visiting the parks.
Is there accommodation near the Pederzoli Clinic?
Yes. SEI Garda Apartments is 250 metres from the Pederzoli Clinic, about a 3-minute walk. It is a practical choice for those accompanying a relative for a visit, a hospital stay or rehabilitation: the apartments with kitchenette let you handle meals independently, including on longer stays.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Three of the six units have a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and cookware: the Deluxe Studio and the two Executive Suites. The Superior and Deluxe double rooms have a refrigerator but no kitchenette.
Is there an accessible room for guests with disabilities?
Yes. The 25 m² Accessible Superior Double Room has manoeuvring space and a bathroom designed for full accessibility, with the same finishes as the other units.
Can I get there without a car?
Yes. Peschiera del Garda railway station is 700 metres away, about a 10-minute walk, on the Milan–Venice line. Buses to Gardaland and to the lake towns also leave from the station.
How many guests can each apartment accommodate?
The two 25 m² Superior double rooms sleep 2. The Deluxe Double Room, the Deluxe Studio and the two Executive Suites sleep up to 4, with sizes from 30 to 35 m².
Is there parking?
Yes, in two forms. Outdoor parking is free, but spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee availability. Alternatively we offer a private garage at 10 euros per day, which can be reserved when booking.
Is cleaning included in the price?
Yes. Cleaning and linen change are included in the rate and carried out every three days, with no surcharge. Nespresso coffee and complimentary water are also provided in the room.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is flexible: we agree the time with you according to when you arrive, including outside the usual hours. If you arrive early or leave late, you can leave your bags in our luggage storage.
