Check-in is flexible and agreed with you: a hospital admission does not follow reception hours. If you arrive early or leave late, your bags stay in our luggage storage.
Cleaning included
Cleaning and linen change every three days are included in the rate: on longer stays you need not think about it, nor pay extra. Nespresso coffee and water are provided in the room.

How far is SEI Garda from the Pederzoli Clinic?
Two hundred and fifty metres, about a 3-minute walk. SEI Garda Apartments is at Via Monte Baldo 17B in Peschiera del Garda, the closest accommodation to the Dr. Pederzoli Clinic.
Can I cook during my stay?
Yes, in three of the six units: the Deluxe Studio and the two Executive Suites have a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and cookware. It is what we recommend for stays longer than two or three nights.
Is there an accessible unit for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. The 25 m² Accessible Superior Double Room has manoeuvring space and a bathroom designed for full accessibility. As there is only one such unit, it is worth checking availability before booking.
Can I get there without a car?
Yes. Peschiera del Garda station is 700 metres away, about a 10-minute walk, on the Milan–Venice line. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from the property, so the whole stay works without a car.
Is there parking near the clinic?
Yes. Guests have free outdoor parking, with limited spaces that cannot be guaranteed, or a private garage at 10 euros per day, bookable in advance. Leaving the car here, the clinic is a 3-minute walk away with no need to move it.
Are arrival times flexible?
Yes. Check-in is flexible and arranged directly with us, including outside usual hours: we know admissions and discharges do not follow a schedule. Luggage storage is also available, useful when arriving before the room is ready or leaving after check-out.
Is cleaning included on longer stays too?
Yes. Cleaning and linen change take place every three days and are included in the rate, with no surcharge, however long the stay.
